Our home-district work covers everyday civil construction: road construction and repair, RCC chamber work, drain-related work and sewerage execution support. It is the least glamorous part of our portfolio and the part that keeps our crews sharp.
For clients and vendors this matters because it shows we are not only a utility subcontractor. We understand construction work that needs manpower, coordination, supervision and daily site presence.

Smart meter rollout support for utility consumers.
In Varanasi we supported smart meter project work with GMR Kashi Smart Meters Ltd., covering the field execution required for meter rollout and the site-level activity around it.
Meter rollout is consumer-facing work. It needs crews who can handle a household, a shop and a commercial connection in the same street without escalation, and who record what they did.

Jal Jeevan Mission and rural water infrastructure support.
Working with HFCL, we provided field execution and coordination on rural water supply and utility infrastructure work — the category where local site conditions decide the pace more than the drawings do.
This work involves reading site conditions early, keeping field teams supplied, and making sure separate work items move in sequence rather than blocking each other.

Electrical and distribution-side execution support.
With Ashoka Buildcon Limited we worked on infrastructure connected to power distribution improvement and field-level electrical execution.
On this type of work, site coordination and crew availability decide whether progress holds. That is the part we were brought in for.

Reconductoring existing distribution lines for reliability, safety and capacity.
Our Kerala work upgrades existing electrical distribution lines by replacing old or inadequate conductors with new conductors as per approved technical specifications, improving network reliability, safety and power-carrying capacity.
Work begins with survey and inspection of the existing line and its structures. Based on site condition and approved requirements, old conductors are removed where required and new conductors are supplied, strung, sagged and properly tensioned. Damaged or inadequate poles, cross-arms, insulators, clamps and other line accessories are replaced or strengthened wherever necessary.

The work follows the approved design, technical specifications, safety regulations and the instructions of the concerned electrical authority. Precautions are maintained throughout execution to protect workers, the public and the existing electrical infrastructure.
This is our strongest demonstration of core power-distribution capability: conductor replacement, line strengthening and safe field execution — not only smart metering.
